A family friend recommended Derek Covey to my husband, Scott, and me after learning that we wanted to put our Tualatin home on the marketing late August of this year. After interviewing Derek and other real estate agents, we signed the agreement with Derek because he did a through job researching an appropriate selling price and provided a realistic and aggressive plan for selling our home.

Derek gave out home sale the attention it required during a difficult sellers' market. Within nine weeks of listing our home, we accepted at a price we were comfortable with.
